20 years of telecommunications business experience including 12 years in the Wireless Industry, with expertise in Wireless IT that ranges from executive level leadership and strategic planning to detailed design and deployment of leading edge technology. Over 10 years experience in software design, systems engineering and operations support with expertise in Telecommunications, Billing and Rating, and Telephony -- Signaling, Call Processing and Advance Intelligent Networks -- utilizing C, C++ and UNIX. Led a team of Japanese Engineers in developing the requirements for the development of a network management system for an entire North American Wireless Communications Network. Personal expertise extends from the initial vision and planning the wireless network, to operational support with AIN, signaling and real time billing knowledge. Successfully completed many international projects such as updating MDR1 Signaling for the Taiwan gateway, First Office Application On-Site support for the 5ESS, CCITT6 and CCITT7 signaling support for the first 5ESS switch installation in London and planning the implementation of CCITT6 Message Transfer Part (MTP) on the 5ESS for the Singapore gateway.

Over 15 years of business experience with 11 years direct Wireless Industry experience. Experienced in managing large scale multiple project areas including implementation of billing and customer care systems throughout the US, Mexico and Canada, from initial deployment through training and acceptance testing. Hands on wireless operational experience included the administration and maintenance of customer billing for 90 plus cities throughout the United States. Broad range of billing systems expertise including message processing and switch interfacing.

Over 30 years of development experience with emphasis on technical and project management, online application design and implementation, hardware and software evaluation and systems programming. System programming skills include software implementation and maintenance, problem resolution, performance tuning, security implementation and network implementation. Systems management skills include operations, data center expansion, hardware selection, DASD management and tuning. Project planning and management skills include project definition, resource allocation, scheduling, technical project management and monitoring.

Over 6 years of Information Systems expertise in all phases of project development life cycle.  Expertise in incident tracking, change control and configuration management.  Skilled in developing installation test procedures and documentation for new and old applications, developing support strategy, creating and managing information databases for products, creating user and support manuals for new applications and providing PC support to end users.

Over 13 years of technical and analytical skills developing expertise in Batch Processing, from message processing (CDRS), rating, bill calculation and invoice generation.  Expertise in baseline table configuration, error log management and payment processing.

Over 5 years of wireless industry experience with substantial experience providing application and technical support to end user.  Areas of expertise include troubleshooting production problems in a test environment and developing a fix for the problem.  Possesses a clear understanding of table relationships and has supported the population of complex configuration tables for CCBS systems.

Over 15 years information systems experience, eight of which are focused in project management of customer support data and telephone systems.  Lead implementation teams in all phases of planning, provisioning, installation and customer care for Unisys computer/network systems and local exchange carriers. Expertise includes assessing customer requirements, developing Statements of Work, scheduling delivery of equipment/software and facility preparation, managing installation and implementation of hardware/software, converting current databases to new technology, customer training and provisioning for ongoing customer care. Excellent managerial and communicative skills.

Over 13 years business experience with expertise in the implementation of billing and customer care systems.  Experienced in large project management with sound knowledge of quality methodologies, standards and procedures.  Excellent team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Accomplished telecommunications professional with 10 years of extensive Systems Development and Project Management experience.  Managed large scale software development for Billing and Client Care systems in both the Wireless and Wireline telecommunications industry.  Areas of expertise include billing, rating, invoicing, customer care, roaming, network interfaces, payment processing and inter-carrier settlements.  Experienced in requirements gathering, business process engineering, package evaluation and selection, software development and implementation and vendor management.  Experienced in Long Distance, Specialized Mobile Radio (SMR), Enhanced Specialized Mobile Radio (ESMR) and Personal Communications Services (PCS).  Strong knowledge of both GSM and CDMS standards.

Over 16 years experience in managing projects, testing, and supporting communications networks and products.  Experience includes requirements development to establish a technical help desk supporting a fixed wireless product.  Expertise includes UNIX environments and cellular architecture including fixed wireless networks.

More than 20 years of experience directing auditing and financial systems operations  Strengths include project management for  technical and business related projects.   Experience in developing user requirements on internal audit processes for major business systems which include credit, inventory, distribution logistics, human resources, real estate, finance and treasury activities.
